The customer service representitives at North Energy go well beyond the normal call of duty. Take for instance ttheir incredible dedication and honesty. When I called them and asked for a fixed rate in Decembert they reviewed my account and advised me to stay with my ESCO that I was currently with since the market was really high at the time and I wouldn’t save with a fixed rate. Impressive.
